Self Improvement - Change Your Past and boost your self-confidence

Many people feel, rightly, that the experiences of their early lives of trust had a major impact on their self-confidence. But many also know what to do about the "immutable" past and often feel stuck, frustrated, confused and trapped by him. Is there a way out?

Yes, absolutely, but the way out is a challenge for any belief system you have about yourself and the reality in which you are in. To help you negotiate that path to freedom that Ia personal experience, that this is transformational apparent if you follow it exactly.

I begin with a simple example. Let's say you had to tell a memory of it "not good enough" were when they were young. This memory, as you know, is easily stored and permanently in that person unconscious. The store generates feelings of low self-esteem, unworthiness, feelings do not deserve success, inadequacy, lack of self confidence, lack of self confidenceEsteem, a sense of lack or incompleteness, as well as a tendency to sabotage themselves to themselves and so on.

All these feelings appear in the background as the person trying to live their lives. They produce recurrent episodes of failure that are just as much later in life patterns recognized, if at all. If new errors that strengthen the original memory of the issue is "not good enough" and continue to close the loop, pull up the restriction on that personMotivation for life and life extinguished.

Now this is may sound a little dramatic, but I've noticed that unless the memory is treated with once and for all it lead to this result every time. So what is the solution to this problem?

Well, let me employ a metaphor here. Suppose you downloaded a computer virus on your computer and caused a serious incident you would just assume it was nothing we could do and just try to compensate for them? Of course not! Youwould look for a way to get the virus from your hard drive to get for all.

So why not try the same thing with the negative memory means try to get off the "hard drive" of the unconscious? This is equivalent to "delete" the memory once and for all.

This would, however, with considerable resistance in the form of doubt, fear, disbelief, and so on are met. Why?

Well, as we all "programmed"! We are programmed to "think" thata) it is not possible to completely erase a memory, b) fear of what to do for us if we tried, and like that.

How it all made you feel empowered? I highly doubt it.

Let me conclude by saying that there is a simple way, clearly a negative memories from the unconscious once and for all. The result is that you start, was again the self-confidence, self esteem, a sense of integrity, courage, resilience, vitality, and so much morerobbed by the negative experiences. In other words, it allows you to reclaim your authentic self, that which your life you were deprived of by most.
