Compassion-Express Your Higher Self

It goes without saying that you practice acts of mercy every day if you have tempered your loved ones, or are cut off in traffic. You express your sympathy, if you understand a different point of view, or give yourself and others. "Compassion is the keen awareness of the interdependence of all things." - Thomas Merton

The practice of compassion becomes more difficult when we are not the actions of the person who insults us or find us understand the causesgreat harm. These are the moments that we look deeper into ourselves in the parts of our hearts, we will deny that request that we have replaced parts, because the majority of people have called it bad or wrong. Acts of violence are often all that we would commit ever, so if we are on the receiving end of such conduct; scripted the majority of people and indoctrinated with an eye for an eye revenge or penalties to seek, like the death penalty orWar.

This is the critical point for growth, because we have a golden opportunity to shine a light in us and to take responsibility for what we have hidden our compassionate nature.

Compassion is the awareness of the deep connection between ourselves and others to see. True compassion embodies the realization that we all recognize borders between ourselves and others are just an illusion. If you begin to practice compassion, it can be very deep level of understanding to avoidYou, but if you think that if you know where you are to start, you will eventually feel your way to him. We are moving closer to him every time we see past their own self-concern for others to accommodate our concerns. An important question to ask, what would I do if I were in a different position?

As with any skill, our compassion grows most in the difficult moments. "Compassion is the last and most important embodiment of emotional maturity. It is through compassion that aPerson reaches the highest peak and deepest reach in his quest for self-realization -. "Arthur Jersild

This may seem to be an impossibility, but if life presents us with moments of compassion, no matter how difficult, we can trust our true nature. We can access all the light that we call now grown so that they lead the way into the darkest parts of our own heart, we connect the hearts of others in the knowledge that true compassion is. CompassionFeeling is not, but makes justice and doing works of mercy. Compassion is not a moral commandment but a flow and overflow of the full human and divine energies. "- Matthew Fox
