To compare a good feeling, most of which compete with others and try to win in all areas of their lives. They do not realize, however, that this is often an expression of aggression against others, and ultimately to themselves.

If we want to be better than others, we are driven to ensure that they remain among us. We do what we can to keep them in their place and look for their faults and weaknesses. How we compare themselves with other

The Secret To Self Improvement

If there is a "Secret" to self-determination - to improve and get the things you want to achieve in life, I had to boil it down to one thing and only one.

Consciousness.

At first I had an interesting time to break the definition of "consciousness" in the basic components. When I first heard about the term "consciousness", I took it, what it was until I asked myself: "Why" conscious "and'Awareness'? ".

Is there a difference between the two?

In a word, yes. In more than one word, consciousness and awareness, interdependent and interrelated. However, mean what they do are two different things.

Awareness

As I understand it, that means in the simplest Conscious term "awake". If we are aware, we are "awake" and know what is happening around us. You may not know exactly what is happening, but you are aware that somethinghappens.

The way to win what we started in our life and personal enlightenment request with the state of being aware. Not consciously in the physical sense of movement in your body, but awakens in your mind, that for more than just your body.

An example, could use I would be someone just waking up from a coma.

Imagine this man (or woman) who is in a coma throughout his life, and it has just woken up. He begins to move, andstarts mumbling something that nobody really understands. He is always "aware" that he made a coma from which he wakes up in the whole of his life.

Is he aware of what is happening around him? At this point in time, not really. Is he conscious? Yes. But he is really aware of what happened, and around him? Not really.

The first step in awareness is to realize that you do to take control of your mind, and that you are more than just a physical body walkingAround this planet. You have to realize untapped power and potential that you use if you were only to develop and they begin.

Awareness

So what is the difference between conscious and aware?

From my current understanding, awareness and consciousness are linked, but they imply different things.

To be aware, requires that a state of consciousness, there has to be first. Without awareness, the awareness is not possible.

A person can react to externalStimuli, but they may not be aware that they "react" to external stimuli. They have no conscious control over the decision on the "how to react" to external stimuli, but respond from previous social and mental programming.

I can understand that this may be something "deep" for some people, even while for others it is "obvious", but that is because of your existing exposure and awareness for such knowledge.

A good example of the difference betweenand reacting the reaction would be driving and someone cut into your lane in front of you. The typical reaction would be angry, say some really unsavory word, sound the car horn in anger, your flash lights, etc etc. This is a reaction.

In response, it would be to know the emotion of anger, but the variety of actions that follow from the moment the incident. Rather than lose control and react out of anger, you could still be bad, but choose a different courseMeasures, such as your consciousness move from being angry that the drive to continue safely.

You could not toot your horn, flash your headlights, but it would only because you do not vote because they were reacting to the emotion of anger.

But regardless of what is being said, this is a fundamental step towards the control of your life situation. If a person is conscious, then a state of being able to "intentionally" to create the situations and circumstancesget what you want in life is possible.

Wrong! Let me tell you something I found out about these books. First, they are great and I like all the people who wrote and shared their experiences of thanking us. But I tell you, if you do not resolve and you take your life to do better, everything in the books you have to shell. Yes, it allsets "you" all the inspiration and all the knowledge you gained all wasted if you do not add to use. They are accumulated dust in your brain as well as the books in your bookshelf. And you are still the same old living life you tried to change or improve in the first place.
