Self-Improvement - How can you have an adventure, spend without the space or money?

We are in a world, time, energy and financial demands on us are living places. At the same time, we probably have more options than ever before, a little adventure in every day to add without spending money or leaving the city. After twenty ideas are you can do now:

1st Dress up for you. Go through your closet and drawers to find things you have not worn for a while and dress up. If you find your best that you walk a little taller and feel a littlesmarter.

2nd Unplug the phone, a hot bath and crawl into a stuffed pillow bed - only weil.

3rd Call the positive person you know and have a ten minute conversation where you share encouragement.
