Compassion Express your Higher Self

It is obvious that you practice acts of mercy every day if you are loving your quick-tempered or you're cut off in traffic. You express your sympathy if you have another point of view, to forgive or understand themselves and others. "Compassion is the keen sense of the interdependence of all things." - Thomas Merton

The practice of compassion becomes more difficult if we are not the actions of the person who hurt us or understand us, to find causesgreat harm. These are the moments that require us to look deep within ourselves, in the parts of our heart that we want to deny that we have replaced parts, because the majority of people have labeled them bad or wrong. Violence are often all that we would be making ever so that when we are on the receiving end of such behavior, the majority of people are scripted and indoctrinated to seek an eye for an eye, revenge or punitive measures, such as punishment of death orWar.

This is the critical point for the growth, because we have a golden opportunity to shine a light in us and take responsibility for what we have hidden our compassionate nature.

Compassion is the awareness of the deep connection between ourselves and others to see. True compassion embodies the realization that we are all the boundaries between ourselves and others perceive an illusion. When you begin to practice compassion, to deprive this can be very deep level of understandingYou, but if you have confidence that when you start, where are you, will you eventually feel your way there. We are moving closer to it every time we see our own past record even worry about other concerns. An important question to ask, what would I want if I were in the other position?

As with any skill, our compassion grows most in difficult moments. "Pity is the last and most significant incarnation emotional maturity. It is through compassion that aPerson achieves the highest peak and deepest reach in his or her search for self. "- Arthur Jersild

This may seem like an impossible feat, but when life presents us with moments of compassion, no matter how difficult, we can trust our true nature. We can access all the light that we call now bred so that they lead the way into the darkest parts of our own heart, we connect the hearts of others in the knowledge that true compassion is. Compassionis not a feeling, but makes justice and doing works of mercy. Compassion is not a moral commandment but a flow and overflow of the full human and divine energies. "- Matthew Fox
