A Commitment to Self Care

If you are like me, a commitment to self-care is a sensitive area. I know there are certain things that I do not need me. Do not want - but need to do. These things are so important to my health, physically, mentally and emotionally than adequate drinking water or enough sleep. That is, I do not drink enough water and most of the time I feel like everything I want to do is nap. So, as you may think some or most, if not all of the other things on mySelf-Care Checklist sometimes, most of the time, or all the time on this site go by the way.

The things on my list, I've promised myself every day:

Yoga

Meditation

Beautiful Music

Honest quality time with my children

Things that prevent me from doing what I need to happen?

I am tired.

I diverted - usually with something I like very much like watching TV.

I'm just lazy.

I assume this is all abouta kind of laziness - and what are the costs?

Will I lose my motivation.

My energy diminishes.

My concentration and attention are limited.

My general well-being is diminished.

My connection to my source feel compromised.

Which TV show could be worth? Seriously - what something might be worth that? Putting anything else to do before these things for me is stupidity in its highest form. Because when I go to, I'm tuned into accounton, and typed in, I can do more, I am more connected, I have laser focus, and I am blessed.

If I do not keep my commitments to myself how can I really trust myself when I make commitments to others?

So - what are four things you do for yourself to live your life the most?

Will you commit, or recommit with me to do it for yourself?
